My First Nashville Gig!

A couple of weeks ago, while advertising through Craiglist, I made contact with a band here in Nashville needing a lead guitarist. After sending me a songlist, along with a couple of days learning their material, we met for an audition.
Everything seemed to fall into place. We all seemed comfortable with one another and had a good night making music. The band, "Mia Jones And No Luv," consists of a talented female vocalist along with some fine players that I know I will enjoy playing with. I also know that working with a Country/Southern Rock band will be a great learning experience for me after several years as a Rock player. I played my first gig with the band last monday night at The Gibson Showcase in the Opry Mills Mall for a private party. It was a good first night and we all had a great time.
